We just spent a week with the 2022 Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition. It’s a big truck with a small footprint, which means it fits into daily life beautifully, without feeling huge and ungainly. Added to that, it’s a proper luxury machine inside, with heated and cooled perforated leather seats, and all the modern conveniences you’d expect. Getting into the bed is a breeze, loading up gear is a cinch, and towing happens with amazing ease. Here’s a closer look at Toyota’s redesigned big truck.

Despite the arsenal of electronic wizardry on board, the Tundra does a good job of staying out of your way. Most of the systems can be disabled with the press of a button.Zach Bowman
One interior gripe: The Qi wireless phone charger only works if you’re dead stopped. The near vertical angle means any bump in the road will disconnect the charger.Zach Bowman
