BAD BOY PARENT CO. TAKES OVER ARCTIC CAT

Today Arctic Cat announced it is being acquired by the giant Textron corporation in a $247,000,000 cash deal. Textron, entered the powersports market in 2010 when is bought out Bad Boy Buggies and moved it to a new headquarters in Augusta Georgia. In 2016, they hit the mainstream when Bad Boy Off Road released the Stampede. There is no word yet if any infrastructure changes will be made after the Arctic Cat deal is completed in mid February.
