Sand Sports Super Build

2018 Polaris RZR XP Turbo Dynamix Edition

With sand and desert season just around the corner, we decided it was time to build a bad-ass Polaris RZR XP Turbo Dynamix edition with a handful of our favorite products. While the Dynamix is designed to be a great rig on its own, our bolt-on products take this beast to the next level! Come checkout this RZR in person and visit with the UTV Driver crew at the 2018 Sand Sports Super Show at the OC Fair and Event Center in Costa Mesa, California on Sept. 14-16.

Cognito Cage & Doors: $2,300 — Looking for a stronger cage that's also a direct bolt-on to the factory locations? Cognito's cage and doors are made from high-strength steel tubing with aluminum door panels and roof. It even comes with a rearview mirror! We love these simple door graphics by FinishLine Signs out of Bakersfield, California.Adam Campbell
Cognito Standard-Travel A-Arms: $1,599 — While Cognito builds long-travel arms, we prefer the standard-travel arms for their ease of installation and the ability to leave the shocks untouched. Made of chromoly and DOM, the arms offer increased durability while keeping weight as low as possible.
Cognito Tie Rods: $329 — If you plan to rip through the dunes, Cognito's beefed-up chromoly tie rods are a must-have item. The kit also utilizes chromoly heim joints on the outside spindles for durability.

Cognito Trailing Arms: $1,599 — Cognito's rear trailing arms keep the RZR in the same footprint as stock but with all the added strength benefits of chromoly construction!
Sway-Bar End-Link Kit: $199 — These links are a direct factory replacement. The factory bushings are soft. Replacing them with stainless-steel bearings and billet-aluminum shanks is an inexpensive performance upgrade!

Cognito Radius Rods: $499 — If you're changing out the rear trailing arms, you might as well provide your RZR with the strength of chromoly radius rods as well. They keep the stock width and are direct bolt-on replacements.
Cognito Engine Mount Bar: $179 — If you plan to play hard in the dunes, a heavy-duty engine mount bar is inexpensive protection. Made of chromoly, it is much stronger than stock!
