Polaris Signs on as Cardo Distributor

Polaris and Cardo announced last week that Polaris has come on board as an official Cardo distributor for the Packtalk Edge ORV helmet communication system. At first, Polaris will sell the Cardo systems through its US dealer network, but will eventually expand to other markets, according to a news release.

The Packtalk Edge allows hands-free wireless in-cockpit communication between vehicles and passengers, which makes keeping a group ride together a nonissue. We’ve used the system extensively and love it. The partnership with Cardo means you can get hooked up with Packtalk before you ever step foot on the trail.

The Packtalk Edge system retails for $389.95, and we think it’s well worth the tithe. Not having to fumble with a handheld radio is worth the cost of entry by itself.
