Volcon Signs Import Deal for Brazil

Initial three-year period can be renewed if targets are met.

Volcon is continuing its impressive growth efforts, last week inking a $12 million minimum purchase deal with a Brazilian importer. The deal covers three years, and could be worth as much as $17.4 million if the importer buys its entire allocation of Volcons. The agreement could include five additional countries worth an estimated additional $4.8 million if Volcon hits its sales projections.

Comfort Indústria E Comércio will bring Volcon’s vehicles into the South American country. If sales targets outlined in the agreement are met, the deal will renew come 2026. The purchase agreement will continue to renew in two-year increments as long as sales are ticking along. And each time the agreement renews, the minimum purchase will increase by 5 percent, unless the parties agree otherwise.

This news follows word that Volcon has expanded manufacturing at its Arizona facility. There’s no word on whether the agreement covers specific Volcon products, so we assume this means the upcoming Stag EV and Volcon’s Grunt and Brat electric motorcycles will be sold alongside each other down south.
