Polaris has issued a recall of 2,500 RZRs in the US and 170 RZRs in Canada over brake lines that could interfere with the wheels and cause brake failure. The recall affects 2023 RZR Pro XP and Pro XP 4s, and 2024 RZR XP and RZR XP 4s.

According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, Polaris has so far received three reports of the issue, including one incident in which a unit hit a large rock. No injuries have been reported related to the issue.

Owners of affected vehicles should stop using their machines immediately and contact their Polaris dealer to have the brake lines inspected and a free repair done if needed. Polaris is contacting registered owners directly.
