Volcon Continues Expansion Push With Canadian Distribution

Volcon will sell its Stag electric side-by-side north of the border.

Electric side-by-side manufacturer Volcon appears to be in full-court press mode to expand its dealer network, inking deals for Canada and South America this month.Volcon

Less than a week after news broke that Volcon has a purchase agreement signed to sell its electric side-by-sides and motorcycles in South America, the brand announced that it will sell its vehicles in Canada, too. We’re still waiting to see a Volcon Stag electric side-by-side in the wild, but that isn’t stopping Volcon from hustling to get into as many markets as possible.

Over the last couple of months, the company has announced new production facility expansion, sales expansion, and a raft of orders for its all-electric lineup. And last year, the company said it is partnering with GM for its powertrains. That’s a first as far as we know for a side-by-side manufacturer, and signals the company isn’t playing in the shallow end.

We’re still waiting to hear news that Volcon has actually shipped any of its units to customers, but whenever production ramps up, there should be ample opportunity to move machines. Stay tuned for more as Volcon inches closer to getting Stags out of the factory and into dealers.
