BAJA 500 UTV CLASS ODDS

Matlock, Murray, Lambert and Burnett Face Off

BAJA 500 UTV CLASS ODDS

Next Saturday June 3rd marks the 48th running of the Baja 500. The UTV's once again are fielding big team efforts to take on Baja.UTV Driver

The 48th Annual SCORE Baja 500 is going to be one of the toughest 500’s in recent history. A brutal track just shy of 500 miles, awaits the nearly 30 UTV teams that have entered so far. Polaris RZR’s make up most of the field this year with only two Can-Am’s and one Arctic Cat entered for the other brands.

For the few that raced San Felipe this year they have a taste of the roughest sections that will be crucial for the UTV drivers to save their equipment in. A few other tricky sections over the summit, between the Mikes road and Valley T and after the Goat Trail will claim victims to the Baja.

The real question, is can Wayne Matlock win his fourth SCORE attempt in a row, or will recent Baja and BITD winners Lambert, Sims and Burnett have anything for his well tuned team.

Plus Matlock’s wife, Kristen has a target on her back and can become the first pro women UTV driver to win the 500. If that isn’t enough, she plans on staying in the drivers seat the whole time. The fight will begin Saturday morning June 3rd and we should should know the winners by Midnight. You can track the cars live at www.score-international.com all day.
