SnowEx Offers a New UTV Salt Spreader

Winter is coming, and SnowEx has released a new Helixx materials spreader that's built specifically for the UTV market. While the company has offered straight-blade plows and V-plows for UTVs in the past, it has never offered the ability to deice. Enter the all-new SnowEx Helixx UTV Stainless Steel Hopper.

The 0.35-cubic-yard hopper is designed to accommodate salt, sand, or a mix of both, and the Helixx UTV spreader offers nearly all of the benefits of the company’s full-size spreaders in a miniature format that easily installs in the back of your side-by-side of choice, so long as it has a bed platform. The entire unit is made from various industrial grades of stainless steel and plastics for long-life use in harsh commercial winter applications.

SnowEx also offers a wide array of accessories. Extension collars to increase capacity. A spill guard to maximize the reduction of waste. Spreader vibrators to ensure an even application. A plethora of plug-’n’-play LED work lighting kits to turn night into day. And a variety of controller upgrades to make operating the Helixx easy. Expect to pay between $3,500 to $4,500 through authorized dealers.
