The Sonic Tools Sample Kit Is on Sale

Sonic Tools exploded onto the scene a few years ago, offering solid hand tools for a fraction of the price of brands like Mac and Snap-on. The company’s claim to fame is its foam organization system that helps you keep track of every piece of hardware you own, decreasing the chances that you’ll clean up for the day with a missing 10mm socket. For a while now Sonic has offered a sample box that includes eight of the company’s go-to hand tools, including a 3/8 ratchet, combination pliers, a Phillips screwdriver, 10mm wrench, and a few extensions, all set in foam. Usually, that bunch of goodies will set you back $178, but the company has the kit on sale for $60 right now.

That’s a screaming deal. The ratchet alone is usually $63. Like all Sonic tools, everything in the sampler comes with the company’s lifetime warranty, so if you do manage to break it, you’ll get a new one in its place.

Sonic offers everything from basic hand tools to fully stocked cabinets, and the company’s earned some fans. Manufacturers like General Motors, BMW, Audi, and Lockheed Martin all use Sonic Tools, as do race teams like Corvette Racing. If it’s good enough for those guys, it’s probably good enough for our RZR.
