SuperATV Acquires Keller Performance Ball-Joint Company

SuperATV has acquired ball-joint manufacturer Keller Performance Products. The purchase was just finalized and the deal was done on May 25, Powersports Business reports.

SuperATV has been expanding its vertical integration for a while now. The latest purchase allows it to have further control of a supplier that manufactures some of the ball-joints that the company sells, in turn increasing its ability to deliver parts quickly and have better price control. Keller Performance creates and sells replacement ball-joints for popular UTVs. They are tailored to Polaris, Can-Am, Honda, and Kawasaki. The company is intertwined in the motorsports world and makes heavy-duty kits for hard-use cases.
