UTV Destinations: Rock Crawling Our Polaris RZR XP At Johnson Valley OHV in Lucerne, California

We equipped our Polaris RZR XP 1000 with CST’s new Lobo RC Rock Crawling tires mounted on Raceline Mamba Beadlock wheels and headed out the Johnson Valley OHV, home of the “King of the Hammers Event” in Lucerne Valley, California.

Johnson Valley OHV is about 100 miles North East of Los Angeles. To get there, first travel East to I-15 toward Las Vegas. Just past the Cajon Summit and into the desert take the Bear Valley Rd exit and go East through Victorville and Apple Valley. When the desert opens up turn right on HWY 18 then stay straight when the HWY intersects the 247 in the town of Lucern. This is your last stop for supplies before heading the final stretch to enter the OHV area at Bessemer Mine Rd, Camp Rock Rd or Boone Rd, where the Hammers are located.
