The Kawasaki Ridge’s Latest Teaser Confirms Full HVAC

We know, we were probably wrong about the Kawasaki Ridge. It’s not going to be a 300-hp sport rig that will dethrone the Maverick R. It’s most likely a high-end rec-ute, similar to the Polaris Xpedition. With the latest teaser from Kawasaki, the Ridge shows off a fully enclosed cab, an HVAC system, and power windows. Those are all hallmarks of the rec-ute class.

So what we know so far: The Ridge may have a supercharged four-cylinder, a fully enclosed cab, plenty of ground clearance, a Warn winch, and Maxxis Bighorn tires. I think that I can speak for everyone when I say that we’re just ready to see this thing at dealers. We have a good idea on what the new side-by-side will be, and now we’re just waiting for the official release. I guess we just have to wait until January 23, 2024.
