Polaris has recalled 20,330 RZR Pro XPs and RZR Turbo Rs to fix a fuel pump joint that could leak and cause a fire. The recall notice went out earlier this month, and affects certain 2021–2023 Polaris RZR Pro XP 4s and 2022–2023 Polaris RZR Turbo R 4s. According to the recall, a fuel pump connection on top of the fuel tank can spring a leak near hot engine components.

According to the recall notice, Polaris has received five reports of leaks, one of which resulted in a fire. So far, no injuries have been reported related to this issue. Polaris dealers will replace the fuel pump assembly on affected vehicles for free.

If you own a 2021–2023 Polaris RZR Pro XP 4 or 2022–2023 Polaris RZR Turbo R 4, Polaris says to stop using the vehicle immediately and contact your dealer to get the repair done.
