A few weeks ago, we tickled your senses with an article about the top base ATV models for 2017. This time around, we're back at it with the top UTV base models for 2017. As mentioned in the precursor to this article, a "bargain" to some folks may mean the cheapest price. To others, it may mean the base model that also comes with the most standard features.
